At Breathe Move You, our classes have the unique blend of yoga, body balancing techniques, breathworks, and myofascial release to nurture your well-being. Whether you are preparing for birth or recovering postpartum, you'll learn practical tools to move throught this chapter with more ease, knowledge and trust in yourself.

A mama of two, a certified Pre- & Postnatal Yoga Specialist, and a Body Ready Method® Pro based in Wellington, New Zealand.
Once a banker, now a yoga teacher and birth educator, my passion for this work began after the dreamy and empowering birth of my first child. Since then, I’ve never looked back. Through years of teaching, learning, and growing, I’ve come to deeply believe that birth is not just a physical event — it’s powerful, transformational, and deeply personal.
